Me encanta EncFS. Es propiedad y es apoyado por una comunidad amigable. El código está disponible para revisión pública, por lo que es más seguro que las opciones de propiedad. En cuanto a la seguridad, la versión 1.7 de EncFS es probablemente segura siempre que el adversario solo obtenga una copia del texto cifrado y nada más. EncFS no es seguro si el adversario tiene la oportunidad de ver dos o más instantáneas del texto cifrado en diferentes momentos. La versión 1.8 y 1.9.1 de EncFS solucionó muchos de esos problemas de seguridad. Esperamos que las futuras versiones los solucionen todos. La versión 2.0 fue anunciada. Aquí está el mensaje relacionado del autor: "Empecé a limpiar para intentar proporcionar una mejor base para una versión 2, pero si EncFS vuelve a florecer depende del interés de la comunidad.

Sí, EncFS es genial. Voy a comparar EncFS con cryptomator y boxcryptor. Al ser una fuente cercana a boxcryptor (es 1.0 es de hecho encfs ...), no voy a confiar en ellos totalmente. La versión de criptomator hasta 1.3.3 usa java y es muy lento. Y al usar webDAV NO PUEDE manejar archivos de 4GB +. v1.4.0 + usará FUSIBLE ... veamos. ctmt también es de código abierto, sin embargo. Combinando todas las preocupaciones, me dirijo a encfs. Libre, de código abierto. debería ser seguro ya que hasta el momento no hay noticias sobre fugas / infracciones y está mejorando de v1.7 a 1.9.1 Y es rápido, estable (igual de rápido y estable que boxcryptor 2.0, pero BC 2.0 ya no es encfs). usuario con google drive y onedrive, entre encfs, ctmt y bc1 / 2, ahora me he unido a encfs4win por jetwhiz.thanks
