It is also designed to be extremely fast, utilizing the Linux kernel's ability to scale down its resource usage to match the system's available resources. It comes with a core set of applications and utilities including a web browser, text editor, image viewer, file manager, and other tools. It also supports various add-on applications and utilities to expand its functionality. Tiny Core Linux is also available in a variety of different versions, from a basic system to a full-fledged desktop environment.
