Arch Linux is a Linux-based open source operating system designed for advanced users. It is a rolling release system, which means users always have the latest version of the operating system and the most up-to-date software packages. Arch Linux is a lightweight, minimal system, designed to be easily customizable and highly adaptable to any hardware configuration. It has a user-friendly package manager, which allows users to easily install, update, and remove packages. Arch Linux also provides a wide range of utilities such as system services, networking, and security tools. For users looking for a more advanced system, Arch Linux offers a large selection of development tools and applications, as well as a wide range of window managers and desktop environments. Arch Linux is a great choice for users who want a fast, lightweight, and highly customizable operating system.
Manjaro is a rolling distro based on Arch, but it has a MUCH easier approach to use, especially for those newer to Linux. If you can do it in Arch, you can do it in Manjaro. Manjaro uses Arch's AUR software repository, which is massive, as well as proprietary. It comes in several official flavors (XFCE and Plasma desktops), as well as some community-made versions. The forums and online support are excellent and friendly for newcomers/beginners.
It is minimalist and modern looking, I like to use it.
It is basically a much nicer and simpler arch.
Arch linux is an extremely versatile, flexible and free (as in beer) operating system for experienced Linux users. It runs on huge varieties of hardware. MacOS is closed, proprietary, inflexible, made especially only for Apple hardware, which is extremely expensive, and Apple persecutes people who don't follow their philosophy with aggressive demands. MacOS also has key functions removed (e.g., right-click>cut? Forget it!) Arc = razor shave. MacOS = shaving with a bowling pin.
If you want Arch without the laborious installation procedure, Antergos is for you. It is based on Arch, has an excellent installer that allows you to choose desktops and applications to install, does not come with any information and is compatible with the AUR (Arch User Repository). Even more user-friendly is Manjaro, which is a better out-of-the-box classifier for most users, is also based on Arch, but comes with a per-desktop installer and pre-installs much more.
Automatic installer like Manjaro or Ubuntu, many desktop environment options
It follows the same idea of giving a lot of control to the user, but its execution is different and even more manual, because the packages are created from the source code.

It is also based on Linux just like Arch.
