Stackfield puede ser una excelente alternativa a herramientas de colaboración como Slack y aplicaciones de administración de tareas como Todoist o Asana. Permite a los equipos trabajar dentro de las salas (por ejemplo, cada sala correspondiente a un proyecto), enviar mensajes entre sí, asignar y compartir tareas y realizar un seguimiento del progreso desde diferentes perspectivas: qué hacen los diferentes trabajadores, calendarios con códigos de colores correspondientes a proyectos específicos o todo junto . El calendario tiene una vista de día, semana, mes y agenda. Es muy refrescante encontrar una aplicación de administración de tareas que se dé cuenta de la conveniencia de integrar directamente un calendario en el mismo lugar. La mayor ventaja de Stackfield, que me temo que muy pocas valorarán, es que permite el intercambio de mensajes cifrados de extremo a extremo.
Un equipo puede trabajar dentro de un proyecto en el que los contenidos se cifran / descifran en las computadoras cliente, lo que significa que los datos son imposibles de rastrear en mi Slackfield, sus administradores o cualquier pirata informático, si alguna vez violaron los servidores de la compañía. En caso de que no aprecie la importancia de esto, tenga en cuenta que las aplicaciones populares de "productividad" (de hecho, casi todas las que pueda imaginar) no ofrecen dicho cifrado. En el mejor de los casos, las empresas como Dropbox y Slack pueden cifrar el servidor de datos del cliente, lo que significa que lo reciben, y luego lo cifran ellos mismos con una clave que tienen. Eso significa que a) pueden verlo, b) perderlo, o c) ser obligados por ley a renunciar a él. Todo lo cual ha sucedido con gente como Dropbox y Evernote.
Es simplemente un terrible modelo de seguridad / privacidad. Los servicios cifrados de extremo a extremo han sido típicamente servicios de copia de seguridad / sincronización de archivos como Spideroak o Tresorit. Sin embargo, Stackfield rompe el molde aquí al ofrecer colaboración, administración de tareas y compartir archivos. Si lo encuentra conveniente es una cosa, pero es mucho más seguro que el 99% de las alternativas. Quizás la mayor debilidad de Stackfield es que no tiene una aplicación para iPhone o Android.

He probado casi todas las herramientas de gestión de proyectos que existen. Nunca podría acostumbrarme a Asana. Wunderlist es genial, pero no es ideal para subir, previsualizar y comentar picutes (capturas de pantalla) y tener conversaciones grupales. Desde que descubrí Stackfield, no necesito buscar más. Todo el contenido está encriptado. Se enciende rápidamente (lo mejor en Chrome). No hay avisos u otras notificaciones de UIdesktop hermosas para las conversaciones grupales (estilo facebook) y es fácil subir fotos, comentarios y sugerencias. I <3 it
