Hola, estoy buscando una herramienta de administración de proyectos que realice una herramienta de toma de decisiones que permita el criterio de ponderación y la priorización. Asana está bien para pequeños proyectos simples. Pero para grandes proyectos olvídalo. Tenía un proyecto con unos 90 artículos y luego unos 10-20 subelementos en cada uno. Si alguien comprueba el elemento principal hecho, usted asume que todos los subelementos están hechos, pero no lo están. Debe revisar cada elemento uno por uno y mirar todos los sub artículos para ver si están marcados o no. Porque el elemento principal se puede marcar pero los subelementos no se pueden marcar. Haciéndolo totalmente inútil a menos que quiera pasar horas recorriendo cada artículo. Informé esto al equipo de Asana hace 2 años y se negaron a arreglarlo, diciendo que no era un problema. Asana simplemente no está lista para el trabajo para grandes tareas. Utilizo Trello en su lugar. [Editado por s0me0ne, 8 de septiembre]

La comunicación en línea es una necesidad para nuestra empresa e industria. Tenemos un equipo interno, pero luego de una reestructuración de nuestra compañía, muchas de las personas con las que trabajé directamente se volvieron remotas. Antes de descubrir Asana, usamos otras herramientas, pero siempre faltaban algo, ya sea en integraciones, interfaz o botones simples. Bajo Asana, nuestra colaboración se ha vuelto mucho más fácil de administrar y visualizar. Crear listas y compartir proyectos con otros es muy fácil, sin mencionar la cantidad de aplicaciones y software de terceros con los que se puede integrar, es increíble. Usamos Gmail, por lo que es muy fácil simplemente adjuntar documentos y crear convos de grupo al costado de nuestro trabajo.

Mi nueva herramienta de gestión de proyectos favorita. Gran interfaz y perfecta integración con otras aplicaciones como Google docs. Lo que me encanta de Asana (además del hecho de que es gratis) es que funciona tanto para individuos como para grupos. Lo uso para proyectos individuales y en el trabajo. Los equipos ni siquiera tienen que ser tan grandes para que funcione. El único inconveniente es que desearía que fueran una mejor manera de deshacer las cosas, es decir. una vez que haya eliminado una tarea.
