Como alguien que ha contribuido a proyectos de insatisfacción, me encanta usarlo. No hay una barrera de entrada porque puedes iniciar sesión con OpenID. Es sorprendente lo fácil que es para los usuarios y desarrolladores no solo abordar los problemas con eficacia, sino también las solicitudes de funciones y ordenarlas por importancia con la votación. Me gustaría que cada proyecto de código abierto pudiera tomar un modelo de retroalimentación similar. Las listas de correo chupan.

Comencé a usar UserVoice para los productos de mi empleador. PUEDE integrar muchos foros de productos en una sola cuenta de UserVoice y puede restringir a qué usuarios se les permite participar en qué foros dentro de la cuenta. También observé Obtener satisfacción, pero hubo un detalle importante que me alejó. Es un foro totalmente público. Cualquiera puede verlo. Mi empresa no está exactamente lista para tanta transparencia.

He visto que GetSatisfaction desde la vista del usuario es mejor que UserVoice, porque se pueden integrar aquí muchos productos de software diferentes. Todavía no he encontrado algo como Getsatisfaction en el área de habla alemana. Estoy inspirado una vez más completamente, así como de AlternativeTo. Me gusta, que en GetSatisfaction incluso puedo corregir mis comentarios luego de 15 minutos. Esta (tantas otras características muy buenas como, por ejemplo, la recepción rápida de una URL corta con un solo clic) es un síntoma de una calidad muy rara vez vista. Lástima solo que no haya para ello ninguna interfaz de usuario alemana. Deseé que más productos de software usaran sistemas de retroalimentación de usuarios de alta calidad con facilidad de votación como Uservoice o GetSatisfaction.
UserVoice tiene soporte multilenguaje, es también muy profesional, pero solo para productos de software separados.
