AmoCRM tiene una sensación muy agradable, y es fácil de aprender / navegar. Lo hemos incorporado en el funcionamiento interno de algunos equipos, para que puedan intercambiar tareas con mayor facilidad. Estamos utilizando una solución de nivel empresarial para toda la empresa, pero los sistemas CMR más pequeños y más simplistas son una adición bienvenida para algunos departamentos. Sin embargo, esta solución es principalmente adecuada para equipos que hacen las cosas de la manera más conservadora (desde la perspectiva del desarrollador), son más pequeños y no tienen una mecánica de trabajo compleja. Por ejemplo, no es posible asignar una tarea a dos o más miembros (al momento de escribir, de cualquier manera). La lógica detrás de esto es que amoCRM es principalmente una herramienta orientada a las ventas, y no más de 1 representante de ventas normalmente trabaja en un trato.
Entonces, si tiene una estructura más compleja, donde, por ejemplo, cuenta con un ingeniero de preventa, bizdev, gerente de cuentas y especialistas en relaciones públicas que trabajan juntos para lograr un acuerdo, no tendrá suerte. Este es un gran problema cuando las tareas se superponen, y un especialista debe esperar a que otro termine con su parte de la tarea.
