Este problema es muy antiguo y ya se ha descrito en 2011 en http://de.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20111101121041AABusL6 con el tema: "Ich kann keine Wegwerfadresse erstellen: Service zum Erstellen des Basisnamens ist seit 2011 nicht verfügbar ". Envié una descripción de este mal funcionamiento de yahoo-mail el 10 de agosto de 2013 desde el sitio alemán S1 http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?y=PROD&locale=de&lowbar;AT&page=contact. Si elige Correo> Correo> Fehler y "Schaltflächen / Links funktionieren nicht", este sitio S1 ofrece solo un botón alemán para ponerse en contacto con un experto en asistencia al cliente: "Enviar un einen Support-Mitarbeiter" al enlace del sitio (L1) a http : //io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index#comm-form.
