Description

Pomodoro is a time management technique that helps you focus and get more done by breaking down work into manageable chunks and taking regular breaks. It consists of four steps: 1. Decide on the task you want to complete. 2. Set a timer for 25 minutes and begin working. 3. When the timer goes off, take a five-minute break and then reset the timer for another 25 minutes. 4. Repeat steps two and three three more times, then take a longer break (15–30 minutes). The Pomodoro technique is based on the belief that working in short bursts allows you to be more productive, focused, and creative. It can also reduce stress and burnout by ensuring that you take regular breaks throughout the day. It is an effective tool for managing time and getting more done.
