Gnome Pomodoro is an open-source application for tracking your time. It helps you to stay productive and focused by breaking your work into manageable chunks. It is based on the Pomodoro Technique, a popular time management method which encourages users to work for 25-minute intervals and take short breaks in between. The app is available for Linux, macOS, and Windows. It features a timer, a task list, and a statistics page. The timer has options for customizing the lengths of the work interval, short break, long break, and number of Pomodoros required before taking a long break. The task list allows you to add and prioritize tasks, set deadlines, assign categories, and track progress. The statistics page helps you to track your progress and view detailed reports of your productivity over time. Gnome Pomodoro also offers a range of customization options to suit your needs. You can choose between different themes, select a notification sound, or even use your own background image. Additionally, the app supports multiple languages, so you can use it in your preferred language.
Discontinued It appears that the project is no longer being developed since May 2017 and the installer can no longer be downloaded from the official website. The latest version, 1.2.0, released in January 2015, can still be downloaded as a portable program from GitHub.
