Hasta hace unas semanas, mi socio y yo hemos estado usando email + calendar + basecamp como nuestra "solución de gestión de proyectos". Estuvo bien, nunca tuvimos problemas, pero creo que nunca nos dimos cuenta de que podría haber una mejor manera. Encontramos PMRobot en alternativeto.net y pensamos que lo intentaríamos. No hay duda de que es una aplicación nueva, pero para una nueva pieza de software, parece que ha evolucionado bastante bien y el equipo de PMRobot.com es muy receptivo en términos de atender tanto las solicitudes de funciones como los informes de errores. He notado algunas cosas menores y parece que están haciendo versiones diarias o semanales del software para solucionar los problemas que informan los usuarios.
En general, ha sido una herramienta interesante para usar, ya que ciertamente ha liberado un poco de nuestro tiempo facturable para trabajar en un trabajo más orientado al cliente. Hemos estado usando la versión de prueba gratuita de 1 proyecto hasta ahora, pero estamos considerando actualizar a una cuenta pagada en la próxima semana o dos y usarla en múltiples proyectos. Lo más destacado ha sido la capacidad de permitir que nuestros clientes accedan a nuestra propia herramienta de gestión de proyectos (acceso restringido, por supuesto), lo que nos evita tener que copiar y pegar información de correo electrónico del cliente en nuestra propia lista de herramientas / tareas. Hay algunos problemas que resolver en el flujo de información, pero en general, muestra cierto potencial.
