Adobe Premiere Pro is a professional video editing software application that is part of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications. It is used to create, edit, and produce video, audio, and multimedia content. It is primarily used by professionals in the film and television industry, but can also be used by hobbyists and amateur filmmakers. Adobe Premiere Pro has a wide range of features, including powerful editing tools, an intuitive user interface, support for multiple formats, and integration with other Adobe applications such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. With Adobe Premiere Pro, users can easily create sophisticated and complex video projects, from simple to complex, with high-quality results.
Kdenlive is an advanced editing program, but also simple. It's a bit difficult to install but definitely worth it!
It is easy to use if you have ever used a non-linear editor and has most of the features needed for creating good content.
It's open source and only does what it says it does. Who knows what Adobe has their product do in the background?
Active development community, and a lot of guides made by the community.
Kdenlive is a very good video editor and the best thing is that it's free!
Free, easy, have a tutorial on YouTube.
This is my favorite Adobe Premiere alternative for Linux. Kdenlive is great on Linux. However, on Windows and macOS, Kdenlive is a disaster.
This software has a lot to offer as a free/open source video editor. It does not have a large learning curve, and the support community is huge.
Kdenlive is easy to use and is a good alternative to Adobe Premiere Pro.
Full editing timeline, powerful effects and color correction, and FREE when editing up to 1080p.
Allows you to edit videos up to 4K / 96fps in the free version, have advanced color correction and multi-screen support and no watermarks. Much better than Premiere Pro, but free.
Premiere Pro-like workflow with full functionality and excellent color correction tools.
It's free and keeps most of the basic functions needed for editing. Similar enough to PP, so the transition to it is quite simple.
DaVinci Resolve has most of the necessary editing features at no cost.
1. is free - Lifetime.2. Great tool for color correction.
Cross-form, free, issue formats.
It is a really powerful editor. It has a built-in compositor, a great color grading module. The interface is solid ... it's free, so you can install it anywhere.
It has virtually all the adobe video suit. Ae. pr, etc... also the fusion is great!
Goes beyond Premiere by combining editing, node-based compositing with FX particles and audio mixing/mastering. It is cross-platform and free for videos up to 4k.
Full-featured, commercially used, excellent sound and grading characteristics.
It's a basic editor, not like Adobe Premiere Pro, but good nonetheless.
Too basic, good for beginners, but lacks tons of mid-range to advanced features.
Es un software muy básico y, a menudo, hay errores relacionados con las pistas, como el audio o el video que no van en la pista de destino. Sin embargo, puede ser una alternativa útil para el creador de películas, pero no para el estreno profesional, de ninguna manera.
considerably inferior in functionality
Too basic. Too many bugs. You need third party programs for some features.
This is a bit too basic, buggy, unstable and has many visual glitches.
It is more similar to iMovie than Adobe Premiere Pro.
It does not have all the editing tools.
Versions prior to 2.2 are not recommended, but the new version is stable and optimized.
It is brand new and easy to use.
This software is only compatible with Linux ...
Simple and good, but you may need keyframes.
The only free software that doesn't crash at any time, and has multiple features (automatic saving is magic in this case). Supports many video formats. Not many effects, and the ones here are not amazing, but they are already more than I need.
The most format-compatible and stable on Windows of all the video editors I've tried. It's a pity that when I'm writing this review, Shotcut doesn't have keyframe functionality and that you can't create effects like Ken Burns. When in future versions "hopefully" this capability is increased, it will be the best free editor I know. .
It is freeware, it does not crash every time other freeware does.
It's supposed to be a "non-linear multi-track" editor, but you can't even select multiple clips at once on the timeline. A real pain.
Of all the free Premiere alternatives I've tried, this is the easiest to work with and seems very reliable.
All I need from a video editor is its design language and features, it is also open source so you can create derivative versions on your own, if you know how.
Both are very high quality, but this one manages to crash even more often! Managed to crash literally 13 seconds to use it! Very stable!
MAGIX Vegas Pro, formerly Sony Vegas, is a professional non-linear non-destructive editor with a long history. It has native file editing and rich codec support. Many times I've moved a project from Premiere to Vegas because I wanted to natively edit files that Premiere didn't support, or was delayed or crashed during export. Vegas is a great, proven alternative.
It is an advanced video editor that is professional like Adobe Premiere Pro, only better and less space consuming.
As far as I can tell, it has most of the top tier features, but the free version is the one I use, so I can only comment on that, but I imagine the paid version could rival the top tier.
Easy to use user interface, reminds me a lot of Adobe Premiere
It has a full and impressive free version that can be upgraded with micro purchases to get features of the Pro version.
good functionality, practical approach but the free version only supports 720p
It doesn't have all the "pro" features of Adobe PP, but for beginners to mid-level video editing, LW does the trick. Plus, it's FREE (unless you buy the Pro version)!
No low-priced software can match the functionality of AdobePP, but Lightworks is really easy to use and has all the features a user needs.
Very simple and easy to use, although this entails the loss of many professional features.
Discontinued The project seems to be no longer developed. The latest version, 1.10.4.35491, released on October 27, 2013, is still downloadable from SourceForge
Too basic and has problems loading many common encoders.
It is not a real non-linear editor.
Adobe Premiere is NLE video editing software, while Natron is node-based compositing and special effects software. The two are like comparing Kdenlive to Nuke.
I would rather be an alternative to After Effects than Premiere.
Although it is more expensive than Adobe Premiere Pro, which is a small drawback, it is very fast and can make HD videos better than Premiere, and uses less space. However, it is only for Mac users and I run Windows 10.
The discontinuation of Windows Movie Maker is no longer updated and is no longer supported by Microsoft. The latest version, included in https://alternativeapp.info/software/windows-live-essentials/ 2012, can still be downloaded from winaero.com. It is fully functional under Windows 10 as well.
Basic with some animations. No longer supported. Handful of codecs supported. If you use K-lite codecs, expect low quality 1080 output. If Prores could be imported into Movie Maker, it would be useful.
Makes the best YTPs, the best editor for Windows.
Great for edits, I'm not going to lie,
Bundleware Tenga cuidado durante la instalación: https://alternativeapp.info/discussions/applications/11718/be-careful-in-the-installation/
Because this application is very light.
It doesn't have many effects and functions, just simple things.
Simple interface that can still make DVDs and BDs.
It is best for beginners, which gives you a great boost and support to make videos in a good way. and especially through tutorials, we can learn a lot.
It is a powerful editor with the cost of $24 that holds forever with lifetime upgrades and powerful features like a $300 editor.

Completa y absoluta mierda.

The only non-linear video editor I've found with automatic shot/scene detection to split larger clips.
