QuickSFV is a freeware file integrity checker utility designed to quickly and easily verify the integrity of files using the popular SFV (Simple File Verification) format. It can detect any changes to a file, such as modifications, deletions, and additions. It works on Windows, MacOS, and Linux and can be used to verify the integrity of any file type, including but not limited to audio, video, archive, images, text, and binary files. QuickSFV uses a "checksum" algorithm to quickly compare the contents of a file to a previously created SFV file, and will report any discrepancies. It is easy to use and does not require any special knowledge or skills to operate. It is commonly used by system administrators and downloaders alike to ensure the files they are downloading are not corrupt or incomplete.
