FlashSFV is a free Windows application used to check and verify the integrity of files that have been downloaded from the Internet. It works by comparing the checksum of the file with the checksum of the original file, which is stored on a server. This is a useful tool to make sure that the file downloaded is the exact same as the original file. It supports file formats such as SFV, MD5, SHA1, SHA256, and SHA512. FlashSFV can also be used to compare files in different folders and can detect duplicate files. It also has a built-in virus scanner which can detect any malicious code in the file.
