Tresorit is a cloud-based backup and sync application that allows users to securely store, share and sync files across multiple devices. It is a zero-knowledge storage solution, meaning that all files are encrypted before they leave the user's device, making them inaccessible even to Tresorit. It also includes end-to-end encryption, meaning that data is only decrypted once it reaches the intended recipient. Tresorit is designed to be highly secure and user-friendly. It provides users with a secure and private way to store, share and sync files across devices. It also features access control for users to control who can access their files, as well as remote wipe functionality so users can quickly delete their files from any device if it is lost or stolen. Additionally, Tresorit provides users with a secure, auditable audit trail of all activities on their account.

TeamDrive is one of the few end-to-end encrypted (very secure/private) file sync/storage providers. BUT they have a pricing structure from another planet: 50 GB cost 250 € / year, 1 TB costs 4000 €. That's 20 times more than Tresorit and Tresorit is crazy expensive. And that's just for 1 license. Crazy.

SpiderOak is a well-established, US-based service that encrypts the files on your computers so that no one, not even Spideroak, can read them. Great privacy and security advantages. However, in recent years, SpiderOak's client has started searching for data and is less easy to use. SpiderOak performs synchronization and backup, but is better suited for backup. Much cheaper than Tresorit.
