Sunset Overdrive is an open world third-person shooter video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Microsoft Studios for the Xbox One. The game is set in the fictional city of Sunset City in 2027, where a contaminated energy drink has turned most of the population into mutants. The player character is a customizable character who is immune to the drink's effects and must fight against the mutants and other threats to save the city. Players can travel throughout the city using a variety of parkour moves and weapons, including guns, explosives, and melee weapons.
