Esta aplicación está llena de errores. Es básicamente una aplicación a medias que reemplaza a HipChat en un intento de competir con Slack. Nuestra empresa se vio obligada a actualizar esto desde una herramienta de calidad de producción como HipChat. Básicamente, la interfaz de usuario de la aplicación no funciona tan bien, tiene problemas de desconexión y problemas con los mensajes perdidos. No es una aplicación de calidad de producción. El problema es que la empresa (Atlassian) no está escuchando a sus clientes y están gestionando este proyecto de manera deficiente. El principal problema en su lista de elementos a tratar es volver a colocar el soporte para temas oscuros (función de accesibilidad para sistemas operativos con alto contraste habilitado). Esto se ha votado más que cualquier otro problema que tengan, y no han comprometido ni un solo recurso para trabajar en él ni siquiera mirarlo.
Las quejas y comentarios sobre los temas son increíbles. Rara vez soy la persona que da una crítica tan mala para un producto, pero esta empresa se lo merece debido a la falta de atención a sus clientes.
