SolveigMM HyperCam is a powerful Windows application for capturing and recording screen activity, audio, and video from your computer. With HyperCam you can capture and record anything on your computer screen at up to 30 frames per second, including full motion video, webcams, streaming video, and even video from games. The software supports capture from multiple video sources and allows you to apply effects, such as text, arrows, and other visual annotations. You can also capture from multiple audio sources and save the video in a variety of popular video formats, including AVI, WMV, MP4, and WebM. HyperCam also allows you to record audio narration directly from the microphone, and even includes a built-in video editor.

After installing this version of SF, it immediately says that there is an update available. When you click on the link, it takes you to camstudio.org, which has a zip file that, scanned with VirusTotal, gives you a score of 15/53. So do NOT download and install the "update": it is malware. Installer as of 09/22/2014.
