Description

Pi-hole is a free and open source network-level advertisement and Internet tracker blocking application. It is designed to be used on home networks. It acts as a DNS sinkhole, which means that it accepts all DNS requests from connected devices and responds to them either with the IP address of the requested website or with a predetermined "blocked" message. This helps to block ads, trackers, and malicious domains. It also provides detailed analytics about the number of requests blocked, the type of requests blocked, and the domains used for the requests. Pi-hole is available for Linux, Mac OS, and Windows operating systems.
