It is more stable and efficient, most of the Oracle DB options are available and we were able to migrate our PL/SQL without changes. I really recommend it if you use VMware or plan to use the Cloud.
Tibero is the most Oracle-compatible database on the market and Oracle DBAs will find that it is very similar in both architecture and appearance to what they are used to.
Cheaper and lower total cost of ownership
SQL Server is as good as Oracle.
It is suit and enough for my work.
