Description

OpenGeo Suite is an open source collection of web-based geographic information system (GIS) software. It includes a suite of tools for creating, managing, and sharing web maps and web applications. OpenGeo Suite provides the ability to create, manage, and share geospatial data, maps, and other spatial information with users. It provides the tools for users to access and analyze geospatial data from a variety of sources, such as satellite imagery, aerial photography, and other GIS databases. It also provides the tools for users to design, build, and share their own web maps and applications. The suite includes OpenGeo Explorer, a web-based GIS application for exploring and analyzing geospatial data; OpenGeo Studio, a web-based GIS application for creating and sharing interactive web maps and web applications; and OpenGeo Server, a web-based GIS application for creating and sharing web services and other applications.
