Probé con Nomadesk y Backblaze, pero creo que voy a seguir con Backblaze. Nomadesk es un poco más funcional, ya que puede hacer una copia de seguridad de su carpeta de aplicaciones, lo que no puede hacer con Backblaze. Pero tuve grandes problemas con mi Antivirus (iAntivirus) y Nomadesk. A pesar de que el chico de apoyo fue realmente amable y dispuesto a ayudarme, no parecía que tuviera una idea de lo que podría haber estado mal.

Nomadesk es un servicio muy amateur que no proporciona copias de seguridad de archivos adecuadas. Cuando hay un problema, el soporte técnico que atiende un niño de secundaria llamado Ken no es suficiente. Pedí un reembolso completo y fue rechazado. Dicen que funciona si realizas una copia de seguridad manual de todos tus archivos, lo que no es para lo que me inscribí. Estoy reduciendo mis pérdidas y me voy a otro lado. Esta empresa es una broma. Una empresa dirigida por estudiantes de secundaria. Dejó de sincronizarse y después de pasar 2 o 3 horas en múltiples conversaciones con Ken, no pudo hacerlo funcionar pero no me dio un reembolso.
