He estado aplicando GTD desde hace varios años. Utilicé varias herramientas para ayudarme en el proceso. El último fue Kanbanflow. Todas estas herramientas de planificación y tareas funcionan bien y son excelentes en lo que hacen, pero siempre están lejos de las ideas principales de GTD. Por ejemplo, trabajar con los siguientes elementos de acción es siempre una cantidad tediosa de trabajo para pasar de las subtareas a la siguiente lista de acciones. Con Nirvana se vuelve mucho más simple con una lista de acciones instantáneas. Realmente está hecho para los fanáticos de GTD hardcore. La interfaz está muy pulida y se puede ver que se ha trabajado mucho en los pequeños detalles. Lo único que extraño en este momento es una manera rápida de agregar elementos a la bandeja de entrada de Nirvana desde mi Android. A través de la aplicación en línea, siempre toma algún tiempo para cargar antes de que sea posible escribir una breve nota.
Por lo tanto, uso Google Keep como un paso intermedio, pero eso agrega un paso adicional en el proceso GTD.

Esta es una aplicación realmente fantástica para cualquiera que venga a la Gestión de tareas desde un punto de vista de GTD. Es la aplicación más amigable de GTD que he usado. Interfaz muy limpia y utilizable. El único inconveniente es que no tiene widgets o notificaciones de Android. Así que puede asignar fechas de vencimiento a las tareas, pero solo puede recibir un único correo electrónico diario para recordarles. Si puede vivir sin notificaciones reales de las tareas debidas, esta es la mejor aplicación para la gestión de tareas de GTD.
