LibraryBox is an open-source, portable, wireless file-sharing device designed to allow anyone to share digital content without the need for an Internet connection. It is an ideal tool for distributing educational materials, research papers, and other reference materials in a public or semi-public space, such as a library, classroom, or community center. Its portability makes it useful for providing access to content in remote locations, such as on a beach or in a park. LibraryBox works by creating a local Wi-Fi hotspot which users can connect to in order to access the content that has been loaded onto the device. The content is stored on an SD card and can be updated with an FTP connection. LibraryBox also includes a web-based admin interface for managing the content, users, and settings.
