He tenido el mismo problema con iClipboard para numerosas versiones. El problema se produce cuando selecciono y copio CUALQUIER COSA, iClipboard abre una ventana de error que indica "biblioteca no encontrada". Esto sucede al menos un tercio del tiempo, independientemente de la aplicación en la que esté trabajando. Más allá de esta molestia, la aplicación funciona como debería. Para continuar con mi trabajo, primero tengo que cancelar la "biblioteca de búsqueda" y luego cerrar la ventana. Cuando finalmente pueda seleccionar donde quiero Pasar el elemento o texto copiado, funciona bien (o lo habría tirado hace años). He enviado numerosas solicitudes de asistencia con descripciones concisas incluidas del problema junto con varias capturas de pantalla. Ninguna respuesta. NUNCA he recibido una respuesta, otro correo electrónico automatizado que promete una respuesta personal en 24 a 72 horas.
El sitio web dice que están experimentando un número inusual o solicitudes, por lo que las respuestas pueden demorar hasta 72 horas. Buena suerte, he estado esperando por 3 AÑOS. Desde agosto de 2014 presenté tres boletos de soporte, incluida una solicitud de reembolso en agosto de 2015. En su página "Verificar estado del boleto", los boletos que presenté en 2014 y 2015 aún se muestran como "Pendientes". ¡En serio! Este mismo error ha permanecido sin ser atendido en las versiones 4 y 5 (si no antes) y en al menos cuatro versiones diferentes de Mac OS X. La versión 6 ya está fuera. Tengo las versiones 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5. Sí, lo sé, pero quería creer que lo arreglarían. Basta ya. En resumen, el producto tenía potencial pero el soporte es inexistente.
Te sugiero que te guste y encuentres una alternativa. Para mí está claro que Chronos se rindió en iClipboard hace mucho tiempo. Si encuentra uno que le guste, por favor publíquelo aquí!
