I love Everhour's integration with Asana in particular. I used Harvest, but it lacks the ability to track time at the task level. Everhour not only allows task level tracking, but also the creation of time estimates at both the task and project level. The customer service is top notch and they are continually implementing new features that make it even better. I highly recommend it.

One of the best time tracking + task management apps.
Time is recorded on actual tasks (we use Trello), so we have "traceability" and see the total time spent on the task [by different team members during the task lifecycle]. This is a useful benefit for project management and retrospectives.
