Everhour es la mejor herramienta de seguimiento de tiempo que he encontrado. La integración con Asana es particularmente buena. Usé Harvest, pero carece de la capacidad de realizar un seguimiento del tiempo en el nivel de la tarea. Everhour no solo permite el seguimiento de nivel de tarea, sino también la creación de estimaciones de tiempo tanto a nivel de tarea como de proyecto. El servicio al cliente es de primera categoría y continuamente están implementando nuevas características que lo hacen aún mejor. Lo recomiendo altamente.

Everhour es la mejor herramienta para el seguimiento del tiempo que literalmente "alguna vez" he usado. Y tengo que admitir que como nerd de la herramienta de gestión de proyectos los probé todos. ¿Busca la herramienta de seguimiento de tiempo más sólida con las integraciones de mejor rendimiento para otras aplicaciones? Everhour es el uno. Y lo que los convierte en una buena inversión a largo plazo: su soporte es instantáneo y siguen presentando mejoras y nuevas características incluso más rápido de lo que puedo leer sus actualizaciones de noticias.

Es muy simple y lo más importante: tiene la mejor integración con trello, que utilizamos para coordinar nuestro trabajo. Los informes simples nos ayudan a controlar cada proyecto y hacer un seguimiento de los presupuestos. Lo mejor: cuando cambias el nombre de una tarjeta trello, ¡se cambia automáticamente en cada hora! No más duplicados como estaba, por ejemplo en Toggl.

Lo estamos utilizando desde hace casi un año y no podríamos estar más contentos! Con su integración de Asana, Everhour ayudó a nuestro equipo a ser mucho más productivo al tener acceso directo a los tiempos informados y estimados sin salir de Asana. Ahora es muy fácil detectar cuándo un proyecto / tarea está en camino o sobre presupuesto. Antes, cuando usábamos Toggl, era muy difícil hacer un seguimiento de todo, ya que teníamos que revisar los informes constantemente y comparar los datos entre ambas herramientas. Recomiendo mucho Everhour. No solo para la integración de Asana, sino también para el sistema de informes es increíble, tan flexible que realmente podemos extraer datos significativos que se ajusten a nuestro flujo de trabajo existente.

Tenemos un equipo delgado y esta fue la plataforma perfecta, liviana y fácil de usar. La función de informes es importante para nuestra organización, por lo que estoy muy satisfecho con la variedad y las combinaciones que tenemos en esa área. Su servicio al cliente también es fenomenal, muy atento y rápido para responder a cualquier pregunta.
