It is much easier to find documents and keep up to date with what your teammates have been working on. It is very transparent and the whole team can access the accumulated knowledge.

Paper is faster and easier to use than Google documents. Documents load very slowly when it comes to long documents, and that's where paper really beats it. Paper has a comparatively limited feature set, but I think it does include real needs and the things it leaves off are not really missed by me.
