Description

FreeOTP+ (fork of FreeOTP) is a two-factor authentication app that enables users to generate one-time passwords (OTPs) for enhanced security. It is a fork of Red Hat's FreeOTP application and is open source, allowing users to customize and build upon the existing codebase. FreeOTP+ uses time-based algorithms (TOTP) and HMAC-based one-time passwords (HOTP) to generate secure OTPs which can be used for various authentication purposes. It also supports the FIDO Universal 2nd Factor (U2F) standard for added security. FreeOTP+ can be used for accessing websites, signing into accounts, or for any other type of authentication process. Additionally, it features an intuitive and user-friendly interface, allowing users to easily generate OTPs on the fly, and store them in the app for quick access.
