Hola chicos. Solía ejecutar mi aplicación con Parse y era un usuario muy feliz. Quedé realmente desconcertado cuando Facebook decidió apagarlo, así que migré mi aplicación a Firebase. Sin embargo, al final, no funcionó; el enfoque de "json-file-as-a-database" de Parse es bastante diferente y es bastante limitante para lo que mi aplicación necesitaba hacer. Decidí probar Backendless (https://backendless.com) y estuve extremadamente satisfecho con eso. El modelo de desarrollo es muy similar a Parse y van mucho más allá de las características y capacidades del sistema. El soporte para datos relacionados es fantástico y puedo agregar mi propia lógica de servidor con JS. Configurar la seguridad de sus datos es muy sencillo y no tuve que aprender ningún formato nuevo para ello.
Fue capaz de migrar en menos de 6 semanas. El equipo de soporte es muy receptivo (en comparación con Firebase, donde obtener una respuesta del equipo es similar a ganar una lotería). Espero que esta retroalimentación sea útil si considera migrar fuera de Firebase.
