Battlefield doesn't have the looting element that Tarkov has. Battlefield multiplayer also focuses more on constant action, rather than survival and looting. There is also a lack of PvE in Battlefield.
Arma is a much more hardcore and realistic military simulator.
Metro 2033 is post-apocalyptic and fairly linear.
DayZ has zombies. It takes you out of realism more than the AI Scavs of Tarkov.
Call of Duty has become more of a contraction shooter than a realistic military simulator. Call of Duty maps are also much smaller than the Tarkov areas.
