Elastix no está nada mal, solo tuve problemas con el sistema operativo Linux. No lo prefiero, es muy complejo para mí. Me gusta trabajar en Windows. Encontré un sistema de teléfono, Ozeki Phone System XE, que me permite conectarlo a mi antiguo sistema Elastix. Me alegró mucho saber que esto es posible porque no tuve que tirarlo. Es un PBX de código abierto completo muy completo. ¿Se puede conectar a SIP, PRI, Analógico, lo que sea que tenga un dispositivo para correo de voz, correo electrónico de fax 2, salas de conferencias, presencia, informes, grabación de llamadas, etc.? Es muy, muy genial. Básicamente, es un instalador de sistema operativo completo que instala Centos Linux, el software Asterisk PBX, una interfaz web personalizada con un FreePBX como GUI con algunas características adicionales. También puede hacer correos electrónicos de oficina, mensajería instantánea, vtiger CRM, firewall, etc. Pero el teléfono es básicamente todo lo que he usado. Y es totalmente gratis sin necesidad de licencias para hacer nada. Hay algunos módulos comerciales adicionales, pero nunca los he usado. Es Linux, pero más allá de la instalación del sistema operativo nunca se ve.
Todo se hace a través de la web. Si no le gusta instalar Linux o su perezoso como yo, puede comprar una caja preconfigurada con Elastix en ella http://www.voipsupply.com/elastix-miniucs-appliance. También puedes pagar por el soporte comercial, que a veces es raro con cosas de código abierto.
