CUERipper is an audio and music application that allows users to rip audio CDs into various audio file formats such as MP3, FLAC and Ogg Vorbis. It also supports tagging and automatic metadata lookup using the CDDB/freedb online database. It utilizes the AccurateRip verification system to ensure that the ripped audio data is lossless in quality. The program is written in C++ and works on Windows, OS X and Linux. It is free and open source software released under the GNU General Public License.
The discontinued development seems to be stopped. The latest version, 0.9.1, released in August 2009, can still be downloaded from the official website.
