Este software gratuito basado en la web es la manera perfecta de administrar sus finanzas. Gestiona múltiples cuentas en un calendario. Establezca transacciones recurrentes y vea cómo afectan su saldo en días, meses y años. Modifica tus transacciones y ahorra dinero. Todo es fácil de hacer en esta herramienta inteligente. También hay una versión móvil del sitio y puede invitar a otros (miembros de la familia, por ejemplo) a ver y ajustar el calendario. Si nunca ha usado ningún software de calendario (por ejemplo, Google Calendario), la curva de aprendizaje puede ser un poco empinada, pero hay videos tutoriales disponibles para ayudarlo.

CalendarBudget me permite hacer categorías de mi elección, hacer un seguimiento de los gastos, proporcionar notificaciones de fechas de vencimiento por correo electrónico. Déjeme saber cuándo son mis fechas de vencimiento y cuánto dinero me queda en un momento dado. Es un procedimiento de configuración simple y puedo dejar que toda la familia sepa dónde estamos en nuestro proceso de presupuesto.

El presupuesto del calendario es el programa de presupuesto financiero más fácil que he usado. Mucho, mucho, MUCHO mejor que MINT o YNAB. He probado ambas aplicaciones (además de otras) y, a pesar de su fuerte diseño estético, las aplicaciones en sí mismas son demasiado complicadas, están infladas y parecen estar enfocadas en los aspectos incorrectos de su salud financiera. Con Calendar Budget, puedo programar todas mis facturas (recurrentes) y también todos mis ahorros automáticos (RRSP, RESPs, TSFA, etc.). Una vez que todos están listos, es muy fácil pronosticar y planificar los gastos futuros o simplemente ver cuánto dinero me queda (después de las cuentas y los ahorros) antes de mi próximo día de pago. El único punto negativo que puedo hacer sobre CalendarBudget es que su experiencia móvil todavía no es muy buena.
Funciona mejor en una computadora de escritorio o tableta. Tampoco le gusta el aspecto / diseño, pero el concepto general y las características lo compensan por completo. Sin embargo, la verdadera guinda del pastel es que es gratis. Eso realmente ayuda a tus finanzas !! PD: también, el desarrollador que creó la aplicación le enviará un correo electrónico directamente y con bastante rapidez si tiene alguna pregunta o necesita asistencia.
