Estoy usando Bigtime para que varios contratistas publiquen sus horas y brinden detalles sobre el trabajo realizado. Sólo se les paga al finalizar. Es bueno la cantidad de informes detallados que Bigtime puede generar por miembro del personal, contratista y varios proyectos. Da mucha funcionalidad al detalle. Configurar la gestión del presupuesto y el seguimiento de proyectos es un poco más de trabajo, así que no lo he hecho. Aunque parece una funcionalidad muy poderosa y muy rica a este precio. Primero utilicé Excel, pero eso no era sostenible, especialmente con un equipo de muchas personas. A los miembros del equipo también les gusta la aplicación móvil, especialmente combinando informes de tiempo e informes de gastos. El punto más molesto es que los recibos que se cargan en la aplicación de gastos de gran tamaño no se pueden descargar fácilmente para fines de devolución de impuestos.
