Description

Battleborn is an online first-person shooter game developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games. It was released on May 3, 2016 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Battleborn is set in a fantasy-sci-fi universe where players take control of one of various heroes from different factions. Each hero has their own unique abilities, weapons, playstyles and personalities. The game combines elements of a traditional first-person shooter with elements of a MOBA game, such as a team-based structure, various objectives, and a wide variety of characters to choose from. Players can choose to play in a range of competitive or cooperative multiplayer modes. These include a 5v5 competitive multiplayer mode, a cooperative story mode, and a horde-style survival mode. The game also features a leveling system, loot system, and a currency system which can be used to purchase items and upgrades.
