Me encanta WalkMe como gerente de producto. Mi compañía buscaba orignalmente una herramienta de integración y soporte y, después de comprar WalkMe, empecé a investigar qué más podía hacer. Me encantó que el equipo de capacitación pudiera construir soluciones rápidas por sí mismos sin solicitarlas a mi equipo para que pudiéramos centrarnos en el producto principal. Me ha parecido increíble la analítica visual para conocer qué funciones funcionan bien e identificar las brechas en nuestro producto que de otro modo no habría sabido si no hubiéramos recibido las quejas de los clientes. Es increíble encuestar fácilmente a mis usuarios para NPS y ver cómo aumenta ese número a medida que hacemos mejoras. El A.I. el motor es súper genial para incitar a los usuarios en el momento adecuado para informarles acerca de las características que han omitido y disminuir la rotación o brindarles apoyo de manera proactiva cuando lo necesitan.
Ninguna otra herramienta que consideramos puede hacer lo que puede hacer WalkMe. No son solo globos en una pantalla. Es más caro que algunas alternativas, pero diría que hemos visto un gran retorno de la inversión y no creo que hubiéramos estado en esta etapa de nuestro crecimiento si no fuera por comprar WalkMe hace un año.
