UML Designer is an open source graphical tool for creating and editing UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. It provides a visual modeling environment for quickly designing UML diagrams such as class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and use case diagrams. UML Designer also supports the creation of custom UML elements such as stereotypes, tags, and user-defined types. Other features include real-time validation, diagram export to multiple formats, and integration with external applications.
