Tkdiff is a graphical front-end to the diff and patch programs. It enables users to compare two versions of a text file, or the output of two shell commands, side-by-side. The differences are highlighted in the display, making it easy to spot the differences between the two versions of the file. Tkdiff also provides a simple interface for editing the differences and creating a patch file. It supports the creation of context, unified and RCS-style diffs, and can be used for both text and binary files. Tkdiff is a cross-platform application, and is available for Windows, Mac OS X, and Unix-like systems.
Not available Since October 2013: the latest version, 4.2.0, can still be downloaded from the official website.
