Mi nombre es Arthur Kelly y soy el dueño de Peak Sails North America. Actualmente somos el fabricante de velas independiente más grande de América del Norte. Hemos alojado nuestra base de datos de producción en Trackvia por más de 5 años. Como saben, primero comenzaron con su producto "clásico" y luego introdujeron un producto paralelo actualizado. Recientemente, se nos notificó que todos los clientes de Classic deben hacer la transición al nuevo producto en julio de 2017. Lamentablemente, Trackvia ha ofrecido poco o ningún soporte para ayudarnos a transferir nuestra base de datos a su producto más nuevo. Mucho peor, advirtieron que habría un aumento de precio una vez que se terminara la transición. Tomamos la decisión de mover nuestra cuenta rápidamente para poder alinearla con nuestros años fiscales y de producción.
Observamos más de una docena de productos y encontramos que TeamDesk es muy superior en potencia, funcionalidad y precio. Lo que no esperábamos era el increíble servicio que hemos recibido de su personal de soporte. Tanto Slava como Mila han sido fantásticos. Han respondido a nuestras preguntas a los pocos minutos de haberlos enviado. Esto es inaudito en la mayoría de las empresas de hoy. Puedo decir honestamente que nuestra nueva base de datos no estaría lista para el año fiscal 2017 sin su ayuda. Esperamos nuestra relación con TeamDesk. Atentamente, Arthur W.
