I used DBeaver for a while, and I think it's by far the best I've used on the Linux platform, versatile, easy and fast autocompletion, etc.
The interface is easy to understand but is pleasant to use and really useful
It is easy, clean and easy to use.
Sequel Pro is a native OS X application. phpMyAdmin is a website tool and therefore should not be compared.
It is not an application, you must install it on a web server and configure it to use it, not like Sequel Pro ...
phpmyadmin is a web tool, but the pro sequel is a mac application.
One of the best tools to manage MySQL databases. But it requires PHP and NodeJS users cannot use it.
Provides most of the nice features that Sequel Pro offers ... and is the easiest to install on any operating system.
It is the most similar option available in terms of UI and behavior.
native construction that runs very fast
Of all the database clients, this one has made me happiest. It has all the features I want and has been intuitive for me to use.
Very lightweight. If you only need basic functionality, Emma is good enough.
dbeaver is a great PITA to use. it is based on eclipse, which alone should be enough to know how bloated this application is. It is simply nothing compared to the lightness and ease of use of sequel pro.
