Description

QPDF is a free and open-source command-line software application for manipulating PDF (Portable Document Format) files. It can be used for viewing, combining, and transforming PDFs, as well as for encrypting and decrypting them. QPDF is available for Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows operating systems. It can be used to join multiple PDFs into one, split one PDF into multiple PDFs, re-order pages, delete and insert pages, rotate pages, optimize PDFs, and encrypt and decrypt PDFs. It also has additional features such as adding and removing page labels, setting page transitions, and adding or removing annotations. QPDF supports both linearized (web optimized) and non-linearized PDFs.
