Description

PsPing is a command-line utility developed by Microsoft that allows network administrators to measure network performance by performing ping and traceroute tests. It also provides a number of useful diagnostic tools, including latency and bandwidth testing, network packet loss, and routing influence. It can be used to measure the response time between two hosts, test the reachability of a host, verify network connections, and troubleshoot network latency issues. PsPing is available for Windows and Linux operating systems.
