Soy un desarrollador de bases de datos que con frecuencia tiene que buscar datos con formatos peculiares. PowerGREP es increíblemente útil para estos propósitos. La interfaz de usuario toma algún tiempo para acostumbrarse. El proveedor está actualizando constantemente el producto y tiene una política generosa para otorgar a los usuarios con licencia el derecho a usar esas actualizaciones. Su otro producto RegexBuddy también es de primera categoría. Muy recomendable.

Esto es increíblemente poderoso. La interfaz es notablemente intuitiva a pesar de contener tal sobrecarga de características. Se utiliza esencialmente para la expresión regular a través de su sistema de archivos. Puede buscar y reemplazar cadenas dentro de cualquier documento o archivo binario. Permite la creación de secuencias elaboradas de Operaciones de expresiones regulares, que pueden guardarse y reutilizarse como módulos. Por ejemplo, podrían usarse para encontrar estructuras de oraciones específicas en grandes volúmenes de documentos, capturar esas oraciones, compilarlas todas juntas en un nuevo archivo y agregar formato HTML a partes específicas del mismo. Aquellos a quienes les guste regex o lo usen con frecuencia deberían probar este maravilloso software.
