Comparé Lookeen con X1 para búsquedas de Outlook. Lookeen realmente triunfa sobre X1 a partir de la integración perfecta de Outlook. Sin embargo, tiene una curva de aprendizaje bastante alta. Yo diría 3 o 4 horas antes de que aprendas. Aún así, los botones "Conversación" y "Tema" no hacen nada, excepto lanzarle resultados completamente aleatorios o ni siquiera funcionan en absoluto. El botón de opciones en la cinta no está codificado correctamente, ya que se abre, pero nunca lo sabría porque no puede verlo. Tiene que hacer clic en el icono de Outlook para verlo, por lo que puede encontrarlo media hora más tarde cuando lo haga. Tampoco pude conseguir que Lookeen muestre ninguno de los archivos PDF en ningún módulo. No sé si esto tiene algo que ver con los espectadores predeterminados o qué, pero es realmente una decepción.
Aún así, me gusta más que X1, que ya parece obsoleto e igual de defectuoso para estos programas no económicos que se supone que funcionan fuera de la caja. Así que eso es 3 características de una serie de ellos que no funcionan. Puedo ver que tendré que pasar horas en solicitudes de soporte y me pregunto si pueden volver a parchearlas.
