Paragon ExtFS is a software application developed by Paragon Software Group. It is designed to provide full access to ExtFS and Ext4 file systems in Microsoft Windows. ExtFS stands for Extended File System, and it is a journaling file system used by Linux and some other operating systems. With Paragon ExtFS, users can easily access, modify, and backup files stored on ExtFS-formatted storage media.
