Description

HFSExplorer is a free, open-source application for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X that can be used to access and manipulate data on Apple Mac-formatted hard drives and disk images. HFSExplorer allows users to browse, extract and save files from HFS+ and HFSX volumes on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. The application can also read and write Mac-specific resource forks and Finder file information, as well as read and write AppleDouble files. HFSExplorer can also convert Mac-formatted data to other formats such as ISO, IMG and DMG. The application also allows users to view and edit HFS Extended Attributes, as well as create and extract disk images. Additionally, HFSExplorer can be used to mount Mac-formatted hard drives and disk images in Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
