Este es el único lector de PDF (¡solo en PDF!) Que me satisface plenamente en las 3 dimensiones: código abierto, funcionalidad y velocidad. Todos los demás lectores que probé tienen un déficit en al menos uno de los 3: Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, Sumatra, DPF.js, STDU, Icecream ebook reader. No lo describiré por completo, será mejor que lo intentes y veas por ti mismo. Solo mencionaré mis funciones funcionales favoritas: el cursor que apunta al capítulo activo en la pestaña de contenido, la opción de Recortar márgenes, el campo de filtro para todas las pestañas: contenido, miniaturas, reseñas, marcadores y un práctico interruptor de herramienta manual (se llama Examinar). Pero tenga en cuenta que es bueno solo para archivos PDF y solo para leer. Es malo para leer epubs por ejemplo y no puede editar archivos.
También su instalación en Windows está oculta por algún motivo, pero todo lo que necesita hacer es instalar KDE a través de KDE en Windows desde Sourceforge. Este instalador incluye los programas que incluyen Okular. [Editado por VPupkin, 22 de agosto]

Hoy probé 3 aplicaciones en Linux en un intento de probar los comentarios en los archivos PDF ... ¡finalmente Okular tiene soporte para comentarios, excelente! Les comenté a Foxit & Evince que no son compatibles con comentarios y anotaciones en Linux, mientras que están en la categoría pdf -notación ... ¿Extrañamente Okular no está en esta categoría? Acabo de intentar actualizar la información de esta aplicación agregándola al grupo de anotación de pdf. (¿Supongo que alguien aprobará este cambio?)
