No sabía hasta ahora http://alternativeto.net/desktop/virustotal. Pero creo que esto podría ser muy útil, si no está seguro, si un archivo está infectado. En este caso especial, creo que el archivo no tiene virus, porque personalmente tengo una muy buena experiencia con Avast y tengo numerosas informaciones de que Kaspersky es muy confiable. Ambos no detectaron virus en el archivo de instalación de NotMyIP. A pesar de esto di un LIKE para http://www.virustotal.com.
