Probé todo lo que estaba disponible para Windows en alternativeTo, y NetBalancer es, con mucho, el mejor, mucho mejor que NetLimiter. Cuando finaliza la versión de prueba, el software se convierte automáticamente en la versión gratuita. La versión gratuita está limitada a 3 reglas de configuración de tráfico, pero eso es suficiente para la mayoría de las personas. Nunca tengo más de 3 servidores de ancho de banda al mismo tiempo. Lo que más me gusta es que "simplemente funciona". Se actualiza con frecuencia, por lo que los errores se corrigen rápidamente.

He estado usando la versión de prueba 7.1.3 compilación 140221.1650 durante unos días y la aplicación no administra los paquetes lo suficientemente bien como para aplicaciones sensibles a la demora.
